A Burger King Employee Gets Prison Time for Robbing a McDonald's:

Back in June of 2011, 30-year-old Quiana Evans of Rochester, Minnesota and her accomplice, 25-year-old Christian Alexander, robbed a McDonald's in Byron, Minnesota.  They used guns to force employees into the cooler, then stole $1,850.

Quiana was an employee at Burger King, but had just been let go before the robbery.

Both she and Christian have prior felony convictions.  She was sentenced to 10 years and 10 months in prison for armed robbery.  Christian got 14 years.

A Man is Hit With a Felony After Kicking His Brother in the Head . . . For Passing Gas:

33-year-old Hector Alonzo Estrada of Austin, Minnesota and his brother were hanging out at home when his brother broke some horrible wind.

Hector responded by KICKING HIS BROTHER in the HEAD.  Then he stormed out of the house and went to McDonald's.

Police followed footprints in the snow from the house to the McDonald's and arrested him.  He was charged with assault . . . and since he has a previous assault conviction, it was bumped up to a FELONY.

Hector says he didn't assault his brother, his brother fell.

A Man Drops His Date Off at Home . . . Then Steals Her Neighbor's Xbox:

23-year-old Jean Remy of Delray Beach, Florida met up with a woman he'd met on a social network called Tagged.

If you've never heard of it, that's fine, it's probably not the next big thing.  It's just another social network where you play online games and meet "friends."

Anyway, Jean went on a date with the woman on January 23rd.  It seems like it went fine, but not spectacularly, and he dropped her off at home around midnight.  At which point he decided to . . . ROB HER NEIGHBOR.

He saw a 12-year-old kid next door playing an Xbox 360, so he broke in, pulled a GUN, and demanded the kid give him the Xbox.  The kid did, obviously.

The police put everything together.  Jean's date picked him out of a police lineup, and he was arrested for home invasion robbery.  Which probably means there won't be a second date.
