I would like to thank all who were involved with choosing me as your 2009 GaterGirl! I am thrilled to be a part of an amazing team of radio personalities and I am looking forward to an eventful and exciting year. Getting to know me...
I am originally from Louisiana so you will see that unfortunately for you FL Gator fans LSU is my home team! Go Tigers!!! I have been a resident of Florida for almost 7 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I am an avid beach goer and enjoy happy hour with my friends when I can. I am a HUGE FOOTBALL FANATIC, so right now you can catch me in front of the TV on Sat & Sunday's biting my nails.
I loving traveling and recently returned from Costa Rica were I had an amazing time lying out in the sun, zip lining, watching the surfers, and enjoying the peacefulness of being in the mountains. Click the pic below to check out my Costa Rica pictures...
What I do...
I am a High School Dance Team Director :-) I just recently took over this position, I organize 22 high school students that perform at all school events such as football & basketball games, pep rallys and this year we will be traveling to Oviedo, FL for a National Competition. I have been a dance instructor, judge and choreographer for over 15 years, I think thats what definitely keeps me in shape.
On the weekends I am either doing fund-raisers or practices with the dance team, attending Gater 98.7 events, or if nothing is going on you can find me at the beach or hanging out with my two best friends.
Meet My Kids...
As you can see when I am not busy with everything else I have going on these two take up all my spare free time. Chino and Jaz are like kids not pets! They seem to get a bad rep but they are as sweet & gentle as a house cat, but don't tell them I said that. This is a shot of what their life is like!! Livin the life O' Riely, must be nice.
Hey Everyone this weekend was a blast! To bad if you missed out but don't sweat it cause you have one more weekend to attend the 35th Annual Oktoberfest at the American German Club in Lantana, FL.
It has a taste of good ole German traditions right here in South Florida. It was an awesome event for the whole family, carnival style rides, live music, dancing, delicious German food, and MOST IMPORTANT tasty German BEER!!!! Myself along with OMG had a great time dancing, eating, and tapping the KEG as part of the Oktoberfest traditional ceremony. If you were not able to make it this past weekend be sure to put on your best lederhosens and mark your calendar for this weekend October 17-19 !
